Not pleased with the Up Sale. The contractor offered to do a Complete Clean Out for Both Outlets for 7000. OMG there was a better and Least Expensive way . I had a Personal Technician come and within 1 hour clean ok ut Both Traps. He Also vacuumed the Water on the Floor and disinfectant. The Upsale. The Hard Sale was Not Appreciated. I am Glad their are Good People that understand we would have to get a loan to pay for that . My Guy Charged $300 and it was clean and Clear.

Wonderful, wonderful experience choosing McVay for our whole home sewer line replacement! From the no hassle, no.pressure free estimate to installation and clean up, every crew member treated our home as if it were their own! We especially liked how we were kept in the loop the whole time from text messages telling us which technician was coming and when to dealing with the friendly crew. The project manager, Mike, always made sure we knew exactly what was going on and why. McVay was recommended to us by family and friends and we whole heartedly recommend them too! Everyone was extremely professional and polite. They went above and beyond to explain our options and what they were doing. They even called the local borough on our behalf to ask them to come service the part that they were responsible for. They came as soon as possible and kept me updated on their arrival time. They completed the drain clear efficiently and honored their online coupon so the price was very reasonable. I would recommend McVay (and already have)! Thank you!

McVAY = VERY IMPRESSIVE! The buyer's sewer line inspection revealed 2 breaks. These required repair. Through the estimating process the fact that this was a CSL, a sewer line shared between 2 or more neighbors, came to light, not uncommon for Pittsburgh. Further revealed, there was no housetrap. In spite of these and other complexities, the estimate was presented with full confidence in the repair which offered minimal digging, installation of a whole house trap, new PVC fittings, and 35 ft of 6” diameter cured-in-place liner. Shout out to Adam! Well done on the estimate of work! All of the technicians I met on the job were personable, helpful, hard working and …impressive. The McVay team managed the inspection process with Allegheny Health Department Plumbing Inspections seamlessly.

Everyone was very friendly. The company was very communicative and informative. I think the cost was a bit high but I've never had any sewer work done so I'm not sure. It was actually the lowest estimate I received so I guess it was reasonable.
