MD Pool Service, Inc.

Started off great with Marc but once they moved Marc off of my route, thry used inexperienced pool guys who didnt know what they were doing. Had an issue with green algae. They couldn't figure it out. Our service was once a month but over the period of 3 months they'd come out multiple times a week and I was being charged for everu one of them. Marc had to start coming back out and he couldn't figure it out. Even drained the pool. Still same problem. Marc informed me that he wouldbt charge for 2 of the visits. Shortly after that I canceledmy service with them and went with a different guy who fixed the issue immediately. So ND billed me for those last 2 visits even though Marc said he wasnt due to them coming out soooo much and the problem not being fixed. MD Pool decided to charge my card

MD pool Service fixed a cracked pipe near the skimmer basket. They had to dig up a elephant ear that was right on top of the leak. All this was completed during the Holiday, Christmas and New year holiday. They did a great job. My pool is running again and looking great. Great guy to talk to also. Very knowledgeable about vast subjects

5 stars! The absolute best, easy experience! I spent 3 weeks trying to get my pool clear— I would do water testing, spent money on chemicals and nothing would work. I finally found this company that would service our temporary above ground pool- and they turned my pool from green to blue within 2 hours! It is now clear ! I am so happy! They were so helpful and kind! I highly recommend .

So happy with this amazing pool service. Fixed my pump in a jiffy and hooked everything up! Whew! Very reasonable charge…. I will call them again when needed. Mark is a very cool guy!
