I think it is important to let people know when they perform well. Recently MDB General Contractors finished their second major renovation at La Mer for my wife and I in the last ten years when we moved to a new unit. Needless to say, if we were not happy the first time, we would not have chosen MDB to do a second job. Before using Michael back in 2012 to renovate unit 403, we received multiple bids and researched a few other contractors. The people we talked to gave MDB a glowing recommendation, which is why we choose them to do the job. Although it was a challenging project, a total gut in an occupied high rise building, the project was done on budget and on schedule. Great work. Perfectionist. Guarantees completed work is absolutely done in a timely fashion but, done right!!. Customer satisfaction is his number 1 priority!!! Great talent,very fair,which is hard to find these days,but knows his business!!! Michael Burgess is a phenomenal artist!!!

I've had numerous projects done by MDB, each done expertly and we are very happy! After dealing with horrible contractors in the past, dealing with Mike and his crew has been a real relief. I just trust knowing that the job is getting done right, and if there are ever any snags, MDB is very communicative and friendly. We will rely on these guys for any and all projects going forward.
