Sebastian and his team were great to work with! They created a closet to house our laundry machine and re-tiled our kitchen floor. Both projects were done in a timely fashion, the project area was always kept organized, and both the laundry closet and floor were beautifully finished. Sebastian has a keen eye for detail and which shone through on both projects, but especially on the kitchen tile.

We recently had our outdated bathroom renovated by Sebastian and Luis, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to explain every detail of the process and really listened to our wants and needs for the space. The transformation is stunning. The pictures truly speak for themselves! MDC did a superb job renovating our powder room. Sebastian and his team are extremely careful artisans. They are very detailed, honest and proud of their work. We triple-bid the job and were blessed to have chosen them. They work hard, reliably show up on time, clean up at the end of every day and make every effort not to be intrusive in your home while they work. All for a reasonable price and great quality.
