A year ago we used the services from Joaquin Valencia and the quality of the job was extremely poor. The construction had many deficiencies which we pointed out to him and he agreed to fix it or to give us the money to get another contractor involved. As of today, Joaquin has not responded to his promises and now I have to invest more money to fix the issue. The roof is leaking, the walls are getting damaged, the electricity is at jeopardy and our safety is a big concern. We have been trying to contact him in several occasions, but he decided to hide or not respond. His last response was that he gave us a good price for the job, so it means that he could do a mediocre job. We are looking for other ways to get in touch with this gentleman now.
