Very nice and friendly people! I was running late but they got me to a dock. They also told me about a scale I could use that was close by which is Five Star Coop located at 1949 N Linn Ave, New Hampton, IA 50659. They charge $5 cash. It is the only scale in town

I'll give you 4 stars people there are very nice fast loading 1 star on the load not worth the time , the bales of aluminum should not be in a van trailer makes a very big mess ,should come with a 500$ cleaning fee ,scraps and aluminum fines all thru the trailer. Spent 45min cleaning and still couldn't get it all out .

Bertling Logistics Services, Inc. was actually the broker on a shipment from MDK that a carrier remarked took 3 hrs to get loaded on. The truth was he arrived during lunch and they started loaded him immediately after lunch. It must also be noted this is a FCFS facility and they only recently went to FCFS as a service to the drivers. VERY DRIVER FRIENDLY facility.
