We knew the front steps would need to be replaced and the dogwood should never have been planted next to the waterline. Well, the tree was removed after the waterline was replaced. MDM took out the stump and roots by hand and cleared the area for a patio. They put in a drainage system to carry away downspout water. They removed the steps and extended the deck. Look at the pictures and see the amazing difference. Mario is talented and makes sure everything is right even if something is done wrong. He's very hands-on. Be patient; it will take longer than you think. It's beautiful when it's done.

MDM promised and delivered. We are very happy with our choice for someone to build out back patio. They came and stayed late on several days just to make sure that they finish in a timely manner. We were lucky that we found them and the projected was right on budget. I love that they had an insight on how to design the patio and asked for my input and approval.
