Buying a new furnace and AC was not something we were exactly excited for or expecting when we came back from vacation over the holidays but the team at MD’s made it as painless as possible from start to finish! Mathias did our estimate, Trevor and Marty did the install, and Jess kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Fairly priced, done quickly and well, and Trevor even dealt with all my questions as I do like to know how everything works and what to expect. Bonus points for Mathias knowing about a class action lawsuit that our old furnace was impacted by and was able to get us a credit!

Our furnace went out 1 week before Christmas. Very unfortunate as we needed to get this done as soon as possible as MN weather is so unpredictable. I appreciated the candor from Mathias, laying out all of our options, and not trying to sell us on a whole new system immediately. Our "quick fix" (what our budget could handle at the time) lasted a few more years before we needed the whole thing replaced, which was completed by MDs and was an overall great experience for such a big purchase/install.
