Revised review: The next day following my post, the service manager called apologizing for the delay. I came to learn that there was a series of events (the perfect storm if you will) that put several on his maintenance staff out-of-commission. That very same day he personally came to our home and began efforts to restore the pool's condition. The following day, he called a few others in and brought the pool back "to life." I changed my rating from 'poor' to 'great', just shy of excellent. Had they communicated the challenges facing them earlier in the days leading up to my review, a five star would have been warranted. Meadows Pool and Spa is legit!! Not only did they help us build the pool of our dreams. They were on time, communicative, and pleasure to work with. If you are looking for top-notch service you can count on Meadows is your guy.

I purchased a pool installed by Meadows a couple of years ago. Even though their cleaning and maintenance service does not extend to my area, Jim came out to help me understand and get registered on the pool's AquaLink automated system. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough.

I typically do not take the time to write reviews (good or bad), but feel compelled to given the lack of communication. Meadows came highly recommended and was competitively priced. Things started out strong and I enjoyed working with them for the most part. I even referred them at least a handful of pools. However, communication and scheduling were challenging from the start. Somewhat expected in construction and during COVID times, sure. Also, my timeline may be a bit different since I was building a new home...perhaps the delay between stages caused some scheduling issues. Also, I know everyone got slammed during COVID, but it's not an excuse for not returning calls and missing inspections. I can handle bad news/delays if they're simply communicated.
