This company is a SCAM!! Do not trust them. And do NOT hire them!! They do not return your phone calls. You call and you get the same lady over and over who just takes your name and number, and says she'll have them call you back and they never do. Also, they only show a PO Box on the paperwork they give you and just the phone number for that one lady who says she's physically located in Georgia. The lady who came to our house is named Amanda and she said worked for somebody named Robert who Amanda stated is the boss and runs the company. However we never spoke to him or met him once. Additionally, we thought we were getting a decent price (over $6,000)but no way!!! I would give this company a ZERO if I could!! I needed maintenance done on my A/C unit and they offered me a deal for 2 visits the next one being 6 months later so I said yes and paid for both service calls she put me down for the 2nd one but they didn't showed up. I had to call them several times to get the 2nd service call that I paid for upfront. They finally showed up after multiple calls and I advised them my heat wasn't working, they checked and said a module had failed but my unit was under warranty so she was going to call so I could get the parts under the warranty. I called a week later to make sure the part had been ordered she said she would check and get back to me but nothing no call, no follow up, nothing!!!
