The staff at Med City Appliance Repair was so helpful, from the intake call (Rebecca) to the repairman (Tom). Tom was timely, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. We had a squirrel get into our dryer duct and chew up the blower fan in our dryer! Tom was able to diagnose it quickly, order the parts needed, and replace/repair the next day. Pricing was communicated up front and was fair. I highly recommend Med City Appliance Repair!

Med city appliance repair scheduled our repair for the day after after we called. Amazing! Tom the repair tech came to our house on time, was cordial and efficient. He analyzed and fixed the problem in less than half an hour. The repair cost was reasonable. We're really satisfied with our interaction with Med City and Tom. We Highly recommend this company !

Tom was very efficient. He swiftly detected our washer's problem, proposed the solution with costs, then came back to install the replacement part. Med City Appliance was very proactive with communications re the order for the replacement part. Truly excellent, stress-free service!

Tom from Med City Appliance arrived right on time, he was very knowledgeable about the washing machine and the steps to diagnose the problem. It ended up being a bad wire connection which he fixed. I can't recommend Tom and Med City Appliance enough! Great service and very reasonable priced. Will definitely call again when I need service! (Hopefully not too soon)
