Similar experience to other reviewers here. I had 2 Heat Storm HS-6000s installed in my garage, a cost of about $2500 all in. One of these is not working and is reading a temperature of over 20 degrees higher. I tried communicating with them through the app, which has been a black hole with no response, finally got ahold of them through emailing back and forth, and am slowing getting absolutely ignorant messages and troubleshooting back and forth. And if I send it in for warranty repair, apparently I need to pay for that. Have tried calling them, and like others have said, it goes nowhere but to voicemail. Not a good product, not a good warranty, and not a good company.

NOT IMPRESSED! Customer sevice is pretty much nonexistent. Impossible to talk with someone directly. I have wasted over an hour of my time trying to order a replacement heat bulb. Their automated system is a BIG JOKE. Its my experience, that if you are unable to contact someone in customer service via a phone, then you should avoid doing business with them. Before you make a purchase from this outfit, try contacting their customers service. After you have determined that your have been wasting your time, go find a reputable company to do your business with.

I just purchased an installed the 65 inch storm shell to protect our tv on our deck.I am not the most handy person but this was a breeze,Easy to understand simple instructions and minimal tools needed. So happy with the purchase,game changer for the cooler/wet months outside,glad I took a chance.

Stylish, affordable, WARM heaters and great service. Return customer with plans of continued loyalty. Their products are well-built and do a great job heating my space. I love the smart home/ WiFi-enabled heater I just bought a few months ago. Very happy with my purchase and the friendly employees who helped me to find the right heater.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a wall heater that was dead on arrival. Customer service is managed by some kid, who has to ask his manager for approval at each step, but there is no way to connect directly with a manager. They were unwilling/unable to provide support in a timely manner - it took a month to get a return label, it is almost two months later and I haven't received my refund - which was reduced by 15% because 'that is their policy on returns' - I don't understand why I have to pay a restocking fee on a defective unit?! This company is bunch of scammers - stay away from their products.
