Roger is a very nice and knowledgeable man, he and his worker came right out and pumped out my tank, they both were very kind and did a great job. Thanks Meder’s!!

Called Meder's to come look at my drain field as my sprinkler guy hit something and clear sewage is running crossed my driveway. So, Roger comes out and tells me we need to pump the tank first. He pumped the tank and replaced the concrete lid $650 no problem as I thought they would help me with the problem I called them for. Right after he finished, he told me "Nothing we can do about the leak in the drain field". I said we need to fix it, he said we will need permits, and I said OKAY. He asked me to dig up the spot where it is leaking from, and he would come look at it. I did and called Meder's and talked to Lori who does not have the personality to talk to customers. I spoke with Mrs Roger Meder today , regarding questions on my septic tank they pumped out A few months ago , she was the most unprofessional Person I have spoke to in a very long time She was disrespectful and then hung up on me. I guarantee I would NEVER use your husbands company again and from what other people have stated you are very rude to many call back customers, maybe your husband should hire someone with a little better people personality cause you have absolutely NONE. !! So people I called a spoke and asked questions to Mr Warren Septic Co without any disrespect he was willing to listen to my questions and with that being said sounds like he is a company that I would want to use and recommend Thank you

We used Meders today to pump our tank. The lady I spoke to was perfectly pleasant. The service was in great time!! We will definitely use them again and refer them.
