Medford Heating and Air Conditioning

We have been with Medford heating for about five years now. I can't say enough about the service. We had a new boiler system installed as oil delivery. When the old system would clunk out in the middle of a deep freeze, we knew we could call and they would be there within an hour. Thanks for the wonderful service by Gay, Steve, and Marv!

Wow, first time and certainly last time I contacted this company. And I most definitely will not buy my oil there ever. It is called: "Medford Heating and Air Conditioning". It does not state: for members only! My heating is not working so I called them for service. The very rude lady said: Who is your oil company (I buy from various companies and did not think it is from her business), then she said, well we don't provide service for people who do not buy their oil from us. Really??

I like when I don't have to worry about if my oil is running low, you guys keep track of that and deliver as necessary. Also the driver is always friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I might have. I have also had my boiler serviced by you, Good job on that but did have to wait for a long time for an appointment, I think it as due to a lot of appointments made prior to mine.

I tried this place for the first time and the last time last week. Avoid, if possible!! They are gouging people because it's been hot outside lately. I called about a leaky A/C unit that wasn't an emergency. They came by the next day at about 11:50 AM and finished by 12:50 PM (as verified by my Ring cam). For this work, they charged me $500, which seemed like a lot but I decided to wait for the emailed invoice to get the break down on why it cost so much. When I did get the invoice, all it said was "condensate pump replacement - $500". A condensate pump costs about $60. They did not even replace the old tube coming from the pump. What could they have possibly done in 1 hour to be worth $440? Is their hourly rate $440? I called to ask for a more detailed invoice so I could try to figure out

We had our Spring delivery w/o even having to call for a delivery! I was surprised when I returned home everything was still in place as it was when I left that morning to do my errands! What I noticed when I returned home was your delivery ticket in our front door! Thank you again for such great service, we appreciate all that your enterprise does for us!!!!
