Called This morning at 8:02 They were here in less that 2 hours. 3 technicians in less than 2 hours found the shorted circuit board on the outside unit and the inside thermostat and replaced them both. The technicians were very respectful ,friendly and Informative.

Got estimates from 4 places on a new ac/heat pump. Our old system was 25 years old but still work but to the point of needing repairs every year or more. Medley came out the next day for a estimate on replacement and beat the other 3 estimate by 30% for the same brand and size. In and out the next day. Very happy with there service they gave me. It's was installed in may of 2019 and working perfectly and the best part is... my average electric before was $220.00 a month and now with the new ac/ heat pump installed my average electric bill is $130.00 a month over the last 18 months since the new unit was done. Warmer in winter and colder in summer and cheaper bill, that's a winner for me.

We bought a house last year and knew that the heat pump would need replacing soon. It finally gave up and were without heat in below 20 degree temps at night. When I called Medley they were super nice and it seems like they really care about their customers. They were out there for an estimate that same day and though they said that it was going to be about a week before they could fit me in, Robert House sent one of his guys to my house to patch up the Emergency Heat so we at least wouldn't freeze to death. Every person I dealt with from this company was nice and mannerly. Their prices are also fair.
