Medrano movers

I hired 3movers for a 2bedroom 3rd floor apartment to a 2nd floor. They told me 6 hours . I was out done with the estimated time. I told them get it done I 4hours. When I say they moved so slow and made sure they used all the 4hours and didn't even move everything. We still had 3 loads after the movers. I paid $580 for 4hours and remember I had 3 movers for a 2bedroom apartment. I will never use them again due to how slow they worked Reply to owner .. I had the same move last year and everything with more stuff was done in 4 hours. You learn to stay with what you have used already. You all did move everything with care. Just moved very slow to have 3 movers . And I had everything broke down and taken apart already and moved to the main area.

Dodged a bullet. We agreed on 3pm and at 2:50pm I let them know which gate to use and only then did they tell me it would be until 3:30-4pm. I don't know when they were going to let me know?? Since I had to text them first? Then around 3:30pm I asked for an update, and they say another 30-40 mins. Taking into account they charge by the hour, I wanted to avoid 5pm traffic. An hour would've been spent just in traffic if we followed through. Seemed sketchy and didn't like the lack of communication and professionalism. Wouldn't recommend. They did offer $20 off because I let them know my husband left work early but didn't appreciate that let me know last minute. My husband could've spent that time at work instead. 😡

Efficient and professional! The movers arrived 15 minutes early. Wrapped and moved things quickly. The move was done in a timely manner. I would happily use them again.

This moving company was on time! Efficient, professional, and competent! I wish every moving company understood the struggle and stress that their customers are facing and operated in the manner that would ease some of the processes of moving, Medrano Movers fully understands that We had two movers ( Gabriel and Carlos ) that worked with the man power of four. They were kind but never to the point of not getting the job done! We Highly recommend, and would use over and over again Dino & Georgia Martinez

The guys were friendly and did their best, but they did have some issues moving my safe. There were a few moments where me and my brother had to assist them, but I understand because the unit did weight a little over 1,000 lbs. Overall I am pleased because they had a great price and were able to offer same day service. I would use them again, but maybe not for my safe.
