Medranos Cleaning

I've had the pleasure of the Medranos Cleaning team for 2-3 years now. They are the only cleaners that show up on time and on schedule ALL OF THE TIME. Rudy goes out of his way to change dates for me if I have a conflict or house guests. I usually have a team of 4 and they are excellent cleaners and very respectful. I love coming home and seeing something new cleaned depending on the week, ie. all of the shelves in the refrigerator wiped down, the tops of our desks and dressers slightly rearranged because they actually wipe the whole thing clean rather than just dusting around, and what I like most is if I have a special request, they are more than happy to follow through. Five Stars for all of them! So grateful for the company and the wonderful people they employ.

I really don’t know how these people got such high reviews because they made me and my family so sick they use forever chemicals really really cheap products. They’re cleaning instruments are dirty and reused over and over again so they just keep spreading around different bacteria and smells and then they’re very very lazy and leave so many things undone each time that I’m so disappointed that my husband found this company and I regret using them because they made my asthma flareup. I hate to give a bad review to anyone, but they really deserve it and if I could save someone from the appalling experience, then this is my attempt. These photos are after they did their cleaning and for 450+150 each time we deserved a lot better!!! I’m ashamed of this company!

I have been using Medrano’s Cleaning Services for almost 3 years. I have always been very proud of the work they do for me. I feel confident in their abilities, integrity and professionalism. I have recommended them to friends, in fact my daughter uses them and recommended them to me. It’s a great company.

Medranos has been cleaning for me for 20 plus years. They are always on time and they do an amazing job taking care of our home. I recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed if you use Medranos cleaning!!

They want $150 an hour for cleaning. Youve gotta be kidding me. UPDATE: here's an email directly from medranos cleaning. This is for 1 person in a one bedroom apartment by the way. "Thank you for thinking of Medranos Cleaning and we would be more than happy to provide you with a cleaning estimate. For deep cleaning we work at an hourly rate and that is because everyone’s dirt build-up is different. The hourly rate for our team of professionals, all equipment and supplies included, Rate is $150.00 per hour. For a one bedrooms apartment estimating 1.5-2hrs ($225-300) all depends on square footage bed and bathrooms"
