Caleb was super friendly, professional and efficient. Not pushy with sales or future service, but let me know if services available. Honest and reliable. Really appreciated the text when he was on his way with his picture and what the truck looks like and ability to track so you know an arrival time. Reassuring to know what truck and person to expect - makes a homeowner feel more at ease.

Once again, we had outstanding technical service from Meister and from Caleb in particular. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and is thorough in his work. He is a great listener and answers all our questions, and so does Amanda back at the office, always a pleasant and knowledgeable person as well.

Service tech arrived within the time span stated to me when I scheduled the service call. Service Tech was excellent, informed me what he was doing/checking as he determined the issue with my furnace. Cost was reasonable and they were able to schedule my service call the same day and it was the day before Thanksgiving.

Edit: replying to the owner. There is no miscommunication or misunderstanding here. If there is any, it is on your end, not mine. I was there. The part cost you $300-$350 to purchase and the estimate to replace this 15 minute part was over $900. I know the actual cost because I sat there and listened while he was on the phone and asked him about it. That’s a pretty hefty markup. Also, my furnace has worked splendidly since I touched it, which is still more than your repair tech had done. It is not seized and will live many more functional years as the sole source of heat throughout the winter. Long review. I called meister. I thought they were a reputable and considerate company.
