They finished our unfinished basement at a speed I still can’t believe — easily five times faster than the timelines we were quoted by all other contractors. The price was extremely fair and reasonable, and the quality of the work is above excellent. They were also incredibly respectful of our living space. Melco did a fantastic job finishing our basement!! They used a series of skilled craftsmen well versed in framing, plumbing, electrical, Sheetrock, painting and trim. Slav was excellent in listening to our thoughts and providing ideas to complete this project. We highly recommend his company!

We met with Slav as a potential contractor to finish our basement and were immediately impressed with his knowledge and expertise. We ended up hiring Melco to finish our basement which included a living area, wet bar, bedroom and bathroom. We are extremely happy with the results, timeline and communication. I can’t say enough great things about Slav! He kept our project moving from day one - no slowdowns, no “where’d they go?” moments.
