Mike Mielo knew exactly how to repair the balcony! He removed the fiberglass, he replaces the wood underneath and removed the columns to place flashing waterproofed columns and removed our heavy hurricane proof sliding doors to ensure the waterproof flashing would protect the wood floors inside! Mike and his crew were great! This was a renovation and addition project, bringing a 100 year old Craftsman into the 21st century with a rear dormer addition for a new bedroom with bath, removal of walls, addition of a back deck, relocation of staircases and exterior reversion back to stucco. The results are spectacular and we are extremely happy in our now forever home.
