I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the lack of action taken by Melo's Construction LLC regarding the ongoing roof leak issue at our location. Despite the assurances and promises to resolve the matter, no concrete steps have been taken, and the situation remains unresolved after 6 months. It is regrettable that despite multiple attempts to reach a resolution and your commitment to address the issue, we find ourselves in a position where we must pursue alternative avenues for recourse. Your failure to uphold the terms of the warranty and rectify the persistent leaks has resulted in substantial damage to our property and financial losses.

I recently had a front porch with a gable roof put on by Melo’s Construction. Melo’s employees worked long and hard and did an excellent job! I’ve had so many people stop by to compliment me on how it looks. I’d refer them to everyone.☺️

Faustino and his Team do exceptional work in a very timely and thorough manner! They do an outstanding job - I highly recommend for any renovation needs!

Melo’s has done two projects for me recently - building a garage and redoing my roof and I am so happy with the work.
