We hired Drew to finish our basement. He turned it from 1000 sq ft of concrete to a beautiful living space including a master suite, office and living area with gas fireplace. He did all the work from framing to finishing and arranged for plumbing and electrical work with subs. It was great having one point of contact and someone who was willing to listen and discuss all my ideas. I highly recommend Melter Construction for your projects.

Drew has done several projects for our family...new construction of a hunting cabin, an entryway built-in storage locker, a landscape walkway, and a design arch in our bathroom. His work is amazing, as is the range of his knowledge and skills. The pride he takes in his work is obvious. He also has great design ideas to offer if you're not sure exactly how to complete your vision. We love working with him and are thrilled with everything he has done for us!

We have used Drew for many projects big and small over the years- drywall, flooring install, garage door enlargement, enclosing an outside turret, and completely finishing off our unfinished basement. We are always happy with his work- he does not cut corners and makes sure things are done right. He is trustworthy which is huge for our family! You are the best Drew! Melter helped me to plan and build a new two story garage, the result of which was excellent. Melter directed the entire project from planning to inspection, from foundation to truss work, from drywall to siding and windows. I was impressed by his attention to detail -- both in planning and anticipation of next steps, as well as in his high quality craftsmanship. He had an uncanny sense for what downstream issues might arise if certain design decisions were made or if an issue with building materials was not addressed early on.

I had my kitchen tore down to the bare walls and totally redone. The workmanship was top quality and everyone from Drew to the electrians and plumbers we're always on time and wonderful to work with . I have a few more projects I'm thinking about and will definitely call melter construction.
