Felt like this was the first company to not try and scam us. Tom was just honest and genuine. He also charges an actually fair price. We will definitely be using Melton HVAC to replace our AC units in our house.

Tom was prompt and thorough. Got right to the problem. He had to order a part that needed to be replaced, kept us inform all the time about the shipping and delivery. My experience with Melton Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent! I called them early Sunday morning because my unit stopped working overnight. Old capacitor issue. They gave me a time frame and they arrived a couple minutes before that time which was great! Came out and resolved my issues in under an hour! No hustle and bustle type service! Price was fair and we were happy ! Super nice gentleman! I would recommend and I will be using this company again in the future! Thank you!

Tom is the best of the best and he has been doing this for a long time so he knows what he's doing. Had an issue where my HVAC unit was backed up and leaking. Called Tom and he was able to squeeze me in the same day just a few hours later. He immediately got the repair made and he showed me what to do to if this were to ever happen again. He inspected everything and gave me a full assessment. Tom is the only person I trust with my HVAC unit and he will be my first call when it's time for a new one.
