Memorial Union Parking Ramp

I did not find it easy to get a parking spot, so I came here. They could keep paying at the exit, which would be easy for travelers.

Lots of parking levels, though they are a bit narrow for large beast size vehicles. Easy markings and exit access to MU-ISU. And the hot wheels style turn ramp to exit is a treat to drive.

Typical garage. Max fee $20. See photo for rates. Entrance is on the street level. Muti-level parking garage. The ramp and parking area is well maintained (no potholes). You can get a discount on parking if you get a voucher at the bookstore after making a purchase at the bookstore (you get an extra ticket at from the person at the bookstore register).

Automated payment kiosk was malfunctioning - wouldn't take a credit card, and then the menu was in Spanish. Would process have been faster to pay at the exit, which is possible as long as you have a credit card (they put up a lot of signs to make you think you can only pay at the kiosks)

Stay away if you only have cash. The 1 machine that supposedly took cash did not work. I was visiting briefly and all the students I asked for help laughed and said only credit cards work and it was a known problem. This needs fixed and leaves a negative view to visitors!
