Menards

Ordered a couch and loveseat online, they delivered them today, when we took the wrapping off the couch was damaged. Called them and everyone we dealt with was wonderful. We were able to exchange the couch within an hour. Great serve.

Always a pleasure shopping at this Menards location as our return went quick and we were in and out with our product replacement very quickly!

Only bought 3 plants of the 6 pack today I would of loaded up but they didn't look well very dryed out. I felt like I had 2 rush home to water/ save them. *I do have a suggestion water and keep the plants warm don't display pants that dont look healthy!!🪴

7-10 days on special order material I was told. After 15 days it’s still not in and will be another 5 days. I told them to cancel the order. They still proceeded to charge me a restock fee

Used to love going to this Menards location until this last visit. I was buying some supplies and due to an issue with my bank, I only had access to a small portion of my checking account balance, which is not this store's fault. What IS their fault, is how I was treated by the cashier's and managers there. Once I was not able to pay, they more or less treated me like a thug and would not let my try my card again, and they alleged that I stole the card I was using to pay with, even though the card HAS MY NAME ON IT. Never going to this location again. There are better locations that actually treat people with respect and compassion.
