I am completely clueless and was sent to purchase some items by my husband. Romero helped with my items into my van and he was just such a kind young man. Very helpful. And Alonzo helped with my buy and pick up and was very helpful always willing and wanting to help. Their customer service exceeded my expectations and i appreciated them. Thank you

I came to Menards in Dolton on 2 different occasions 9/30/2025 for a plastic rope, could not find it so this gentleman Padraic helped with patience and kindness until he suggested another solution to go to a similar store. Today again I came in and this gentleman Christian Banks helped with excitement and joy from building materials department to guide me with urgency to find carpet cleaner for animals. I would recommend here for any of your essential needs.

I ordered this sofa for my mom from Menards, but it was far too long to fit on her elevator so I went back tonight to exchange it for a couple other pieces. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

11% back isn't really a discount. It barely covers sales tax. Even more insulting about that 11% alleged rebate is that to get it, one has to mail in the e-mailed certificate they send you. Even tackier, check that bargain they sent you via E-mail, and check to see if there's a processing fee add-on! The cost of a postage stamp, let alone the fee I just mentioned, effectively kills any discount/rebate if it's a sufficiently inexpensive item. They figure they can rely on plenty of people not requesting their rebate. Oh... and the rebate is NOT in cash and can only be used in one of their stores. If they were serious about this, they would just e-mail the rebate pages, which could be verified at the checkout via computer. Go by the item's discounted sale price, NOT the amount after th
