I only drop and hook here. The have all the stuff you need bathroom,vending,parking Fast friendly service. Heads up if your come here in the winter and it has snowed and you are dropping a trailer and picking up another you WILL get stuck you have been warned be prepared.

Fast unloading. In and out within 1 hour full dry van trailer. I was depressed when I read the bad reviews but all went smooth. Thank you MENARDS!

Worst place to get loaded if you're a flatbed! They don't know how to put products on to where it doesn't damage it and will argue with you the entire time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Decent place to get unloaded, not too hard to find and receptionist are very nice and knowledgeable on helping you get where you need to go.

It takes them forever to unload half of the trailer. I came at 7.52am, 2 pm now and they still unloading my trailer. I have just half of the trailer full and it takes them a whole day to do this. Unbelievable…. Where are we going 😠 what kind of people are working here? Guys be prepared to spend one day here. Worst place for loading and unloading
