CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU BUY! Just spoke with Assistant Manager Brandon at the Forest Lake location after speaking with front office manager Victoria. Was just approved for my Menards Big Card and man was I excited to get some DIY projects knocked out! Sadly when we purchased some items from the forest lake location the products copyright was that of 2021 and the other packaging was of 2025? Upon opening the product I now owned $24.99 each I noticed that the item had missing instructions and wasn’t secured properly like it was used almost. I then opened the 2025 copyrighted product and it was intact. This was my 2nd time shopping at this Menards and both of the times I was there I was overwhelmed by this stores volume of product and location of items needed to complete my DIY projects.

Reiah is very unprofessional. A lady in front of me said merry Christmas and she turned away from her and started ringing me up. Didn't tell me my total and proceeded to play on her phone. I couldn't believe the disrespect that happened to both of us

7:30 a.m., weekday - prime time for a contractor to patronize. One register open, 30+ (I kid you not) customers in one line. A call from in the line to store management to explain the situation did nothing to help. I was one of quite a few to leave my cart and walk out the door. Customer time is too valuable for that nonsense. HD is right across the street...

Customer sevice is above average. For some odd reason it does not seem to be as big as some of the other ones, but it is stocked fairly well. Prices are decent, the lumber and other Menard speacial products are ok, but most products don't really compare in quality to Lows and Home Depot etc... But really can't complain... prices somehow reflect it... Good place to get sheetmetal though, cheapest I have seen around.

What a great Menards but by far I had the best experience with Josh the assistant General manager and I am very much impressed with his kindness and enthusiasm. Thanks Josh and Menards in forest lake. Excellent customer service!
