Menards

This store is very structured and very understandable. I never had problems with their customer service. It does not matter if it is or busy hours, they always have someone to help you. This is the only store where I can buy white styrofoam for packing and some very special German and Polish style pickles, tomatoes, beets, mushrooms etc

Wide variety of products not just hardware and building materials. A good selection of grocery items. Pet supplies, furniture, toys, lawn and garden supplies. Prices are always competitive.

This place has a wide variety of products; not just bldg material. I forgot to mention that 2 different employees in 2 different depts said hello to us as we were walking by. That is almost unheard of. So very friendly staff.

Good experience at Menards. We stopped in to shop for carpet runners and found exactly what we needed. The selection was good, prices were reasonable, and the store was well organized.

Ordered a vanity top in store and was told multiple times they would drill the 8" faucet cut outs in store. Went to pick up and was told they don't do that and they would talk to the rep (Jase something) that helped us. Also told me they cant because they might break it, well no crap, thats why we wanted Menards to do it. Offered nothing for us being told the wrong info except we could return it, and were not helpful at all. Buyer beware with the absolutely sub-par customer service in the cabinets and countertop department!
