CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH! Tony the General Manager went above and beyond to resolve an issue that I had. I was there yesterday and a very helpful employee had made an honest mistake when trying to help me figure out a way to heat my greenhouse. The propane tank I ended up taking home did not fit the heater I had. Since I had the propane tank filled, it was Menards policy that they would not take the tank back. However, not only did Tony offer to take it back if there was no other solution, he did one better and actually came up with a solution! He walked through the store with me for over an hour, opening boxes, calling other employees and brainstorming until he came up with a solution to adapt the larger propane tank (100lbs) to the small heater I needed. He even exchanged the

Menards online shopping line showed that they had Zest soap 16 packs on sale and 36 packs in store since Tuesday afternoon. But by Wednesday evening the Zest was still on skids in a the warehouse. Very disappointed. :(

Helpful and curtious service, in the paint department. Was able to answer all my questions and mix the colors I had picked.

I prefer this to other home improvement stores. It's more well lit and easier to find things. Always very clean and well maintained store. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have everything you need for a whole house and then nearly everything to fill it. Prices can't be beat.

We always find what we need and I love our refund program. The lady on the last picture was not very helpful. I assume that she was training the gentleman, but as he was helping another person she just stood there without saying a word and didn't even greet us, she was busy just looking around doing nothing while we waited, and waited.
