Menards

Menards always seems like the go to store for just about anything. If we ever had a problem with goods we purchased here they’ve always made it right. Yes there are one or two older cashiers that have scowls on thier face- never smiling or saying hi back, but there are many more that are great.. All in all a good store with good pricing.

Not the first time we've had Rude cashiers that can't smile, say hi, thank you nothing. Plus it gets irritating to buy a product then need a part and they no longer carry it. 😒 i tried calling the mitchell store 2x first was on hold 15 minutes waiting for a manager, i hung up called back no answer, called back again and was on hold again for another 6 minutes with no answer again. Worst customer service ever.

Was buying electrical items and the gentleman working in that department was very helpful and explained things very clearly
