We made our Christmas Menards trip recently and it did not disappoint! Lately, it seems like their Halloween selection has been deteriorating, but Christmas is as strong as ever. Their Christmas tree walkway has become a tradition I look forward to doing every single year, and I'm always pleased to see the new items from the Mr. Christmas and Enchanted Forest lines. If you haven't come in to check out their decor, you are really missing out.

Be careful. I ordered a massage chair (small). I was told in person at customer pick up (Jacob) the chair was not available only the floor model (which no one should want do to heavy usage). I was shown on the screen a brown one (one left, I was told). I said yes.. I will take it. All paperwork was created and item was purchased with delivery. Only to find out the when delivered the delivery company pushed back on removing packaging (only to do so when simple delivery detailed on- line conveyed it was an offering,). There was no indoor furniture set-up. The recliner portion with two awkwardly placed small screws was not assembled. I would later be told the chair was not indoor furniture but, electrical. The staff is friendly and helpful the products seem off lessor quality than home depot. But the prices are better or comparable. I had an issue with the paint from there separating after use. Which they gladly accepted back.

Do not, I repeat, do not make any orders here. If they don't have it in store, go elsewhere. We placed an order almost a month ago and are still waiting on it. The date of arrival has been pushed back twice now and they are now telling us they don't know when it will be in. We have spent thousands of dollars here through our small contracting company. We found the same product in stock at a different company and when we just asked for a refund because our customer has been waiting long enough, they said they were going to charge the 25% restocking fee. I would understand that if it was our fault but we have been waiting almost a month. The product was supposed to be in a week ago. The 25% fee would be almost $500. Love this store. Great selection and price range. Us Menards fans from up North know that they also have a great selection of stuff you didnt know you wanted on clearance. Sandy in hardware was very helpful tonight, helping me locate a specific screw.
