Went into the store with the latest sales flyer and was able to locate all the items I was looking for. There were additional unadvertised sale items that are clearly marked and visible from the ends of aisleways. Staff were helpful in directing me to different locations, and often would walk with me to the location vice telling me what aisles. There was one item that was out of stock on the shelf and the staff member looked up the inventory totals and brought out more stock.

I really like your store. It’s clean and you have pretty much anything and everything for a home. I didn’t come for groceries, but I should have brought my list. Not too noisy. And well stocked. Only wish you were closer to my house.

I purchased an ACDelco battery from the Menards on S Robert St using a rebate voucher and a gift card. The battery turned out to be defective and unchargeable. When I went to this location to exchange it, the manager refused to help because I didn’t have the receipt, even though I asked if she could look it up using the barcode, my phone number, or the rebate info. I later called another Menards, and their manager was able to find my purchase using my rebate voucher number and exchanged the battery with no issues. Great service there. I returned to the original store the next day after spending about $700 and tried to share my experience with another manager, Connie, but was again met with rudeness and dismissiveness. So bizarre.. Apparently this menards has a serious problem with people buying toulet seats, breaking them, and then asking tk exchange them. I dont know that for sure but it seems to be the only explanation for their return policy. And I get its probably a bummer to work here but man, they wear that shit on their sleeve. I shop here a lot but definitely be thinking twice, and probably wont for a couole weeks.... or rill I get iver being irritated. Home depot is way better quality and 3 min down the road. Only reason to go here is dimensional lumber over 8'. Lol!!
