Billy from the plumbing team did a fantastic job. I’ve had them come to my place in Austin a couple of times—once to change out a fill valve in my toilet, and another time to replace a water line going to a different toilet. When I had a small issue with the fill valve after some time, they were very helpful and made sure everything was working perfectly, even though it was past the usual warranty period.
