I had substantial amount of center blocks on my basement and foundation that were leaking water. Carlos responded right away to my call and came with his team to fix the issue. They dug themselves about 6 feet down appx 20ft long, applied hydraulic cement, primer and a waterproof membrane, and finished everything in just 5 days. They also installed a drainage system at the side of the house so that excess rainwater flows away from it. The whole team was very professional—always on time, committed to their work, and they even cleaned up the area after finishing. Affordable as well! I totally recommend them. Great workers and really good people!

I’ve used this company to fix a crack in my foundation. They answered my call on my first attempt and sent someone over the same day to give me an estimate. I performed the demo work myself beforehand to expose the wall and floor so my estimate was 850 and that was also the final price. The crew was in and out in 3 hours. They took all the debris with them and did an awesome job of cleaning up. I would recommend.

Carlos and his crew from Mendola Waterproofing did an excellent job on waterproofing my basement. The whole process from an initial estimate until completion went very smoothly. They replaced leaking windows , raised them above the ground level and waterproofed with hydraulic cement and special membrane and replaced pavers and cultured stone. 2 days after they were down , there was a huge rain and my basement stayed dried. They are professional , organized and Carlos was very responsive to all our needs throughout the process. Highly recommend them!
