Always prompt and knowledgeable- do not try to upsell, and most importantly nice! The woman who runs the call center is lovely and always so helpful.
Had to shut off water to house. Needed plumber ASAP. Called four local plumbers. Menehune was the only service to respond. Busy but came out early next day to help. Good service.
Two weeks in a row made appointments for repairs. Two weeks in a row they were a no show, no call. Time to find new plumbing support. We have actually relied on them for the entire time we have lived here. Too sad.
I have used them for 20 years and they put the customer first with professional service always a pleasure.
