Thanks to the team at Mengel, especially to the installers and Robert for such a fantastic job on our 16 windows. We met about 5 companies for windows and I couldn’t wait for the process to be over. I can tell you Mengel’s price was the best, and as far as windows go I figured the lifetime warranty speaks for itself. All my research said if the window is good it comes down to the installers. Turns out the people working on our house have been installing with Mengel for over 30 years. After the install the inside of my house was spotless and they didn’t ask me lift a finger. I had replacement windows installed by Mengel Exteriors in 2018. They came with a lifetime warranty and a thirty year transferable warranty. We had a problem with a sash and called Mengel. Brett was very helpful. He ordered the replacement promptly and arranged to install it upon receipt from the manufacturer. He was in and out in no time and resolved the problem. He even made an adjustment to another window that we asked about. The whole experience was a breeze. I highly recommend Mengel Exteriors.

From the first contact with the salesman to the finished product and beyond, this is a first rate company. Great prices along with great customer service. They gave me exactly what I needed to turn in to the HOA, helped me decide on the windows that would best suit my needs and when there was an issue, they went above and beyond to be sure it was fixed, coming out as often as needed to resolve the issue. Highly recommend if you need new windows.

Wonderful product and service. Fair pricing. We had all our windows replaced. Brett was with us informing every step of the way. Their product and installation warranty is exceptional. We had some (self made) closure problems-Brett came out promptly and patently re-explained the proper way to close the windows. Always responsive, pleasant and professional.
