If you want to overpay and get treated like a stepchild, this is the company for you. We have been using MVAC for years to do all of our AC maintenance (6 suites) so we got a quote from them to install a mini split in one of them. Manager came out and after telling him about our time constraints he told us the inside work, including electrical, would be completed on a Friday and the outside work done on the Monday. Friday came and the AC guys showed up, but the electrician was a no-show. I called Jacob at MVAC who told me the electrician had an emergency and had to reschedule for the following Friday. I said it sounded like the guy got another job and Jacob said yeah, sounds like it. We later talked with someone at MVAC who said the electricians were off that day because it was Good Frid

I spoke with a man to book an appointment for a new A/C unit. They were a no-show. When I called the office, the woman was extremely rude and told me they dont even do residential A/C so there is no way I could have an appointment. And since I didnt remember the mans name who I spoke to, "they weren't going to help me." If you want to waste your time waiting for these people, give them a call.

Had some work done a few months ago. Techs were clean and friendly, service was great, haven't had any issues since. Highly recommend this company.
