Tony is an amazing job with cleaning our carpets and explaining the process and what we can expect, as this was our first time cleaning them. Our carpeting is only 3 yrs old but have a puppy who is now potty trained. Tony showed us that there wasn’t any noticeable pet damage to the carpeting, so that was extra awesome! We had 4 bedrooms, hallway and 2 sets of stairs cleaned and were very pleased with the customer service, price, quality and amount of time it took to clean them. Tony called me when he was about 10 minutes away from our home. When he arrived, he looked at the room where we wanted to have the carpet and a chair cleaned. He explained what he was going to do to clean the carpet. He laid down floor protectors and brought in all of his cleaning tools. He cleaned the small chair first and then started on the carpet.
