Really good. I tried the Bahama #2 tea, if I remember correctly. Lots of options! I’ve been to many nutritional shops trying teas, and after just two visits, this place has to be up there as one of the best.

I had to run to MR the other day and I just called them up and said “I like Pomegranate. I don’t buy teas much so I have no clue what anything is, so surprise me.” This was my first visit there and the girls were so sweet and welcoming. They made an amazing drink that I will be back to order again!

Being the complicated person I am, I wanted something to give me a little pep without staggering amounts of caffeine. I called Mer Rouge Nutrition and the lady answered all my nine billion and four questions politely and confidently told me to come on in and she’d get me squared away. I bebopped over to the store and when I went in, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly demeanor. She asked what flavors I enjoyed and recommended the Pretty as a Peach kid’s tea. Babycakes, when I tell you it hit the spot, it hit the spot! The flavor combination was yummy and it had just enough caffeine to perk me up without keeping me awake for the next four thousand and seven years. I will DEFINITELY be back!

We went there to get a tea and meet the owners. It was a really neat building and the owners spent their time telling us about the renovation and history of the location. We really enjoyed the experience.
