It's really unfortunate to see how many others have had the same runaround from Meraki Living. We started the process with Olivia, who was very attentive in the beginning (before she had her babies), but once they received our full payment, all communication essentially stopped. We had to chase them down just to get any kind of update, often after multiple attempts. Delivery dates were repeatedly pushed back, but we remained patient. My husband and I genuinely understand that life can get busy--we even told this to Bill directly. All we ever asked for was consistent, transparent communication so that we weren't left guessing where things stood. Here is the good the bad and the ugly. The custom wood pieces were delivered yesterday. Everything is very nice and exactly as I had wanted. Bill does good work that is for sure. We ordered 10 months ago. Bill set the delivery dates 5 times and missed all 5 dates with no communication what so ever. This order is now 7 months late. It wasn't until the Ohio attorney general contacted me that we finally got all the pieces delivered. They were getting multiple complaints. Bill is a nice guy and does great work. And the personal delivery and install is great. But the not keeping us in the loop and no timely updates is not good. The communication when they feel like it is really bad. Paid $10,000 for a bookcase that I found in their Etsy store. Like others leaving reviews here, they were 7 months past the due date with numerous promises of delivery and super lame (or none whatsoever) excuses why a delivery didn’t happen. I finally filed a fraud claim with the BBB, Etsy, my credit card company, and the Ohio AG Office. Around the time the local police department gave me a call because the Ohio AG office reached out to them, they took down all of their websites. I gave them every chance in the world to make good on their promises. They chose to fall silent. They are completely dishonest and deserve everything they are getting.

They took 100% upfront payment and then kept chilling on that money with minimal communication. Many passed deadlines later, I ended up having to go through a credit card dispute to get my money back.
