The quality of the carpet and top notch service were the best! Katlin is extremely knowledgeable as were the other folks we dealt with at Mercer. The two man crew arrived early to in install the carpet and had previously dealt with a sleep number bed. They were so skilled in moving our bed that they saved us $250 that Sleep Number would have charged us. We love our new carpet and it greatly enhances our bedroom.

I went in already knowing the flooring for the second floor but also wanted to recarpet the stairs to something with a better quality. The second floor install went well, professional, and faster than expected. The carpet install was a mess, changes times, manufacturer issue that required reorder, the final installer was great and professional. He took his time but also let us know that the first person really did a poor job, that the carpet was very dense and difficult to work with on stairs. He ended up leaving a gap on the side that had to be fixed on our own with some spray foam and creativity. After that was complete, even with all the back and forth, there was 0 follow up from anyone at mercer asking if all went well or if we needed anything. I don't feel comfortable asking them to f

Horrible communicators and bad customer service. I do not recommend using this company. We had Mercer replace our dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and foyer floors a little over a year ago. We noticed a few months ago that our dining room floor was buckling. Here is the timeline of communication (or lack there of) we have had with Mercer to discuss fixing this issue. We had our hardwood floors refinished six years ago. It was a disaster, and left us distrustful of future floor companies. Last year, our floors were damaged, and we had to have them refinished again. I wanted a company with a good track record, and I chose Mercer because they have been in business for more than 65 years. I worked with the great-granddaughter of the founder, and the process went seamlessly. The work was top rate, and the finished product is so much better than six years ago. We worked with Katlin of Mercer Carpet One for our upstairs and basement carpets. She was wonderful! The products are affordable, top quality and the installers great! We appreciated the flexible payments. Will definitely use Mercer Carpet One again for any future flooring needs we have!
