Cincinnati, Ohio. Great if it’s raining because it’s covered. Issues with the payment kiosks are still there. Lots of spaces, about $6 for 2 hours, convenient to great restaurants! Usually you pay at the kiosk by the elevators but the kiosks aren’t working. The sign at the kiosk says pay when you exit. Not enough signs for how to exit and pay. The signs tell you not to exit exactly where you are supposed to exit. So this lady was venting shrilly at the parking staff in the basement. He was nice enough to physically go upstairs and show her where to exit. To exit and pay you go through the lane that looks like an entrance lane and insert your ticket in the machine near the arm. I just experienced the absolute worst customer service in this garage. I have been a monthly pass holder of this garage for 9 years. Today the normal entrance was blocked due to road construction. So I was directed to go around and enter through the the exit area. When I got there, the arm was already lifted, so I drove through when the attendant began banging on my car with his wand. Then he began screaming at me asking if I had a pass. Of course, I had choice words for him considering he just repeatedly hit my car with an object. He continued to rant about how I still needed to use my pass. I stated that there was no signage that explained this. Usually if the gate is open, they say just drive in. I figured that's why it was open in the first place. He continued to cuss at me and say. "

I parked here for several years. But not a great experience. Regularly raises monthly rates without notice or communication. Regularly fills up with nightly / event parking so even with a monthly pass you aren't guaranteed a spot. Charges for an extra month after you try to cancel

My wife accidentally lost her license there when we went to dinner (five on vine, incredible!) and they found, held it and after proof of identity released to me! Very refreshing knowing that there are honest and responsible people left in this world! BTW, garage was very reliable and safe!!

I pay for monthly parking passes and get NOTHING for the amount I pay. The entrance and exit gates are always having issues. Someone used the bathroom in the elevator and it took an entire week for it to be cleaned up. Homeless people sit on the stairs doing drugs. During FC games the garage fills up and I have to park on the roof even though I’m a monthly pass holder. They market the garage as safe but there is no security and apparently half of the cameras don’t work. Save your money and peace of mind and park somewhere else.
