Royal Bengal Maintenance provided us with excellent service in our condo. They arrived on time, found an incorrect wiring job by another company and a damaged cable outside the AC. Throughout the whole repair process they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The AC installation is now better understood by me. The cost of the service was very reasonable. The company is a great choice for future needs.

Air Serve has been working with us for several years to make sure that our AC is functioning properly. Chandler has visited our home multiple times, and made recommendations that were based on the needs of our family with long-term solutions in mind. The technicians who installed the heater were professional and kind. They patiently answered every question I had & they explained everything. They moved my furniture and then cleaned up. Josh, the service technician, went through everything in great detail with us after performing a maintenance inspection on our AC. I was impressed with his quickness and his call to let me know that he'd be there shortly, along with a picture. He removed his shoes as soon as he entered our home, and spent an hour checking out our system. He answered all our questions and shared his opinions on them. Josh is an extremely kind, personable, respectful young man. A thumbs up!
