We've been using Merchants Metals for years. They supply us with top quality products and their customer service has been really great - this goes especially for Kalen. He's helpful, punctual and professional every time.

Ever since Merchant Metals bought out this company we have not had 1 order correct. Last gate order we ordered was 1st shipped to another state. When we finally received the gate it was 2 1/2 feet short. The order before that was 16" too long. I went up in person to discuss mistakes and Brandon (operations manager) tells me the only way I can talk to anyone is by phone and ordered me back into my truck. I said no, that I need to speak to someone about the mistakes. Brandon said wait your turn and walked away, and once again ordered me back in my truck. He then proceeds to tell me to just go to Lowe's and get your materials there. Continental Fence was a much better company than these jokers. I am small business owner and will find someone else to do business with.

I own several small businesses in the metro area. Ordered 2 gates and paid immediately. Salesman took my number and promised to call when they arrived. You guessed it, nobody called. When I contacted them I was told it was my responsibility to call. Arrived to pick up my gates, they left me cooling my jets for 45 minutes in their will-call area. When I asked a personality free monosyllabic worker were my gates where and how much longer will I gave to wait... he shrugged his shoulders said "Dunno" and walked away. You guessed it, never coming back.

Just got off the phone with one their uncaring employees. I haven't even ordered yet and I've already figured out I don't want to do business with them. I'll take my $100,000 order to another company. The guy that answered the phone made it clear he didn't want to be bothered.

Don’t know who else had a great experience here but I was in a bind until David and Victor were able to serve me diligently and professionally! Really came through when I needed someone to! Thanks again Will definitely recommend
