Exceptional work. The quality and professionalism was far beyond my expectations. As a former contractor I can tell when someone takes pride over price in their work and Merchantville Overhead Door works with old school values, customer needs and service first. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We had door and operator replacement on 40 year old house that was complicated by structural and manufacturer issues. It ultimately required multiple visits to make it right but Ed and his team were always professional and attentive. They made every effort to make us happy with installation and I would recommend this company unequivocally and without hesitation.

Tyler was excellent did a temporary repair . That really got me by till my new springs came in. And then fixed and set my doors better then before !

What an incredible company. They are honest, proffesional, and very competitive with their pricing. I called multiple companies and they all appeared to be scams who just wanted to replace our entire door. Merchantville Overhead Door Co. came out same day and repaired the door in under an hour for less than $250. I am very grateful to them. We need more companies out there like this one. Thank you

What a bad experience, from the women that work there(neither one knows what they are doing) the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Made a service appointment for Monday and no call no show, when I called the company they said Oh tech called out sick. Sorry no one called you, what a joke!!! Okay people get sick and things fall threw the cracks, I get it. So give them the benefit of the doubt and re-schedule for today and told tech would be on location by 10 am, 10am comes and goes, again no call, so I call and told by noon, noon came and went no call, I call again only to be told about an hour, an hour came and went again no call and no tech. I called and cancelled, Bill answered and was polite but didn't care one way or the other that I cancelled. Great way to run a busin
