Although I did not get any work done, I would like to express my gratitude. I called and left a message for obtaining an estimate on a residential ceiling repair. Several hours later I received a return call and was informed that at this time they are not doing residential work only commercial and was given a referral for someone else. I was highly impressed. They could have just ignored the call. However I think it shows extreme kindness and professional status within the community.
