I was looking to have some Medeco locks on our newly purchased home repaired, a few cylinders replaced and a new install of a keyed deadbolt lock on a high security door. After having bad experiences with a few companies in the area, a friend recommended Mercury Lock & Safe. I never knew that they were an authorized Medeco shop and I used them in the past for hard to get keys for our shed and golf cart but it only took a few minutes for the owner, Brian to explain that they are a Medeco authorized shop and prior to any work being done I needed to get the official Medeco authorization card. Although it took a lot of time to get the Medeco authorization card which is needed to have any work done on Medeco locks and for the parts to come in we are extremely satisfied with the work of Brian’s

Went in for a key, came out with a new car! Ok, not really - but close! My 2007 Chevy Tahoe is my pet car. I love it and care for it and it is in good shape, but the key no longer worked properly in the ignition. The dealership wanted almost $800 for a series of related repairs to the ignition. I ordered a new key fob then went to Mercury for a new truck key and to ask them to program the new fob and the owner went outside, checked my truck’s ignition, said a new key wouldn’t help and then replaced the inside of the ignition and it’s like the first day I drove it. What??? I bet you didn’t know they could do that either! I won’t even tell you the discount from the dealership, you wouldn’t believe it. Brian and the entire team are incredible. They respect your time and do their absolute BEST to be as timely as possible. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and straight-up dead charming. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. Even for the most difficult cases, they find a way.

Wow! I'm impressed! There was a misunderstanding with my request for new keys from a lock I brought in. They made it right and brought they're mobile unit out to fix the problem at the house no extra charge. Very honorable gesture and so appreciated because we're in a tight spot right now.
