Merida's Window Cleaning & Power Washing Services

My experience with Merida's Window & Gutter Cleaning was deeply disappointing, and I want to share it so others can make an informed decision. The crew showed up over three hours late — without any call or message — and arrived around 6:30 PM. Right away, they tried to upsell me before even beginning the job, which felt pushy and unprofessional. After they finished, I pointed out several areas that were still clearly dirty. One of the workers told me they didn’t clean certain parts because they were worried about stripping paint — yet the paint had already been stripped from every window on my house. I also pointed out a spot on the siding that looked dirty, and he told me I needed to repaint the entire house. After they left, I wiped that same area with a damp paper towel, and it came c

Use this company if you want to upset your neighbors. My neighbor hired them for power washing and gutter cleaning, and their operator chose to trespass and blow all the debris onto my property simply because it's unfenced. My car ended up covered in dust. I had just cleaned my yard over the weekend, and now it's filled with leaves again. When I raised this issue with the field operator, their solution was inadequate—someone came by, scooped up two handfuls of leaves, and left the rest untouched. I spoke directly with the business owner and attached their response. Unfortunately, it appears this company believes it's acceptable practice to trespass and leave debris on other people's property because they were hired for power washing and gutter cleaning. I cannot recommend their services.

I went with this company due to the reviews. But now that I read more seems like a common issue!! I will NOT use this company again. They did good on my roof and front yard. Thats the only reason 2 stars. I made it very clear I wanted all the pine straw removed from the backyard. That did not happen. I sent pictures that day and asked if they could come back this was Dec. 1 he said yes went and ahead and paid him which was not cheap. Never showed up called about a month later and asked are you coming back to fix he said yes will be there tomorrow again no show and its been 8 days since the 2nd call. I would be home or very cautious on paying them. They will ghost you!! Very sad will NEVER USE AGAIN!!

Called on the weekend after receiving a flyer in our mailbox. The gentlemen were on time, good communicators and were respectful of our neighbors. I did not see any activity that the previous reviewer referred to (see bagged picture of the debris and how it was carried away). It was only after leaves were removed by hand and bagged that they used a leaf blower to get any remaining debris.They kindly removed all debris from our property and did a professional job at a fair price. Paid by check and ready for all the spring rainstorms. Thanks Merida's Window and Gutter Cleaning for a job well done.

We had Merida’s clean our windows inside and out and were so impressed that we asked them to return to clean our screened-in porch. It was a challenging job involving ladders, but Luis and Eddie worked very hard to reach every inch. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
