My original review was removed, but I’m sharing this again because I believe it’s important for others to have transparency before choosing who they hire. I have been dealing directly with the owner, Morgan, and my experience has been extremely complicated from start to finish. During our move, our hot tub was damaged, holes were put into our walls, and our bed frame was cracked due to negligence from the moving team. In addition, time was spent driving around to collect their personal vehicles to bring to the job site — time we were ultimately charged for. If operations in other locations run anything like what we experienced, I believe people deserve to know what they may be walking into before hiring. Meridian was such a positive moving experience! Chris and Derrick were fantastic! They arrived on time and got to our final location 100+ miles away in a reasonable time. The guys were so pleasant and careful with everything, so different from stories we read about experiences with companies other than Meridian. I recommend them highly.

Morgan, the owner and Alyssia are both a great wealth of knowledge and information about moving. They are very friendly and very responsive to communication. I moved from PA to Venice, Florida using U-Pack and it was a great experience. Chris, Alex and Ryan were the crew that unloaded 3 cubes. They arrived in time, followed my instructions on how to place the items in my garage and they even made a walking path. They were quick, efficient and got he job done Well. I highly recommend Meridan for your next move.
